Q.

Is it advisable to use powder around private parts of the baby before and after changing the diapers??plz suggest

A. will not advice to use powder as before diaper as after that there will chance of accumulation in the joint area and baby may get rashes.. you should use wet wipes regularly on changing diaper.. use Babyhug wet wipes..
