Is it advisable to feed cow's milk mixed with water to a new born as an additional supplement; if the breast milk is inadequate?

A. hi no newborns must get mother's milk only. there is no need of any other things. so please offer breasfeeding as and when it is required. but if it is not possible ,you may opt for formula or external milk only after consulting with your pediatrician.
