yes it's adviced that you should start brushing your kid's teeth as soon as the first milk tooth erupts..
use silicon finger toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste twice a day

Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your baby. Use Babyhug teether. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
