Is it advisable to avoid giving salt and sugar to the baby before the age of 2 years?

A. Yes you can give no issues as it is difficult for the child to feel taste if the food and bland foods are not very tasty so the child might not eat well so you can start adding sugar and salt in foods

For initial six months for 6 to 12 months doctors in provide it but generally you can give salt and spices to the food to the child in the food that you are giving but sugar you should avoid so you can give jaggery and dates instead of that because they’re healthy options they are at least nutrition by nature so you can so you can use them for as long as you want as sweetness in the food
