Is it a atopic dermatitis or looks like cow milk allergy? I m giving fm and bm to mu baby

Cow milk is not recommended for the baby below one year.
It is high in protein so difficult for the baby to digest it.
Apply atogla lotion on the skin rashes.
also consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby skin
