Is green coffee beans good while during breastfeeding??

ExpertSwaraLactation Expert7 years agoA. Yes, you can take green coffee but would advice limiting overall caffeine intake to 2 cups a day. Everything can be eaten in moderation while you are breastfeeding, so continue to have well balanced meals every 2-3 hours and hydrated yourself well.
