Can I drink black coffee and green tea while breastfeeding?

Yes you can drink it but in moderation it would not be advisable that you have it more than a cup or two in a day because during lactation tea coffee Black Coffee cold coffee green tea whatever you like my Dr used to say never a problem but always in moderation
