Is green apple good for 8th pregnant? plz specify it's advantages eating green apples.

There Is no such restriction on any fruit apart from pineapple and papaya and watermelon that’s something that you should not consume that’s what the doctor say apart from that there is no restriction on any kind of fruit apples whether it is red or green they have their own tendencies and I’m not specifically sure about the advantages but both are good but still if you have a doubt you can consult your gynaecologist or a nutritionist for this
