Q.

Is ghee made from unsalted butter from market eg Amul good for infants? process - ghee is made after boiling the unsalted butter on gas oven then filter it and use it as ghee. Similar process of making ghee using milk cream. is dalda etc added in market unsalted butter?

A. Hai good afternoon !! Home made ghee is always best ghee from milk cream(storing milk cream for a week to 10 days adding curd ) churning it extract butter then boil it you will get home made ghee. Processed butter or ghee made from it ,market available might contain preservatives and salt so its better to make home made ghee or purchase home made ghee which is locally available.
