Q.

is fluctuations in the bilirubin normal? humne baby ko phototherepy karwaya tha it came to normal but again it is increasing and some times decreasing?

A. It is okay sometimes these things can happen but they are not very common with kids with some kids it can happen but it can be taken into control with exposing the child into sunlight for at least 30 to 40 minutes every day and starting with vitamin D supplement
