Is feeding dates to my 7 month old baby safe...?If yes...how shall and how often I feed her...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. good to offer after 8 month of age... start by one date after steaming it. give your baby doft, semi solid food 2 to 3 times a day .

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello Mom as your child has completed 7 months you can give dates to the child but it's better if you start giving it after 8 months and more rather than giving dates you should initially start with the date syrup which is easily digestible
