ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. avoid all.. till 1 year of age.. can start dates after 8 month of age.. Give two major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feed or fm in between.

Apples are full with vitamin A, B1, and B2, C, along with containing minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, proteins, iron, and phosphorus.
