Q.

is cleft palate child can speak before surgery? I mean baby is responding but I wanted to know whether he can speak cleary or not.

A. quite next to impossible.will learn wrong way to speak. should see a pediatrician or a surgeon for this as it need s to be seen and also need s after a stlrgry
