Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, cetaphil lotion is good for fairness and clear skin. But for fairness there is no such cream. You can only improve skin quality of baby by applying ubtan that is a mixture of raw milk and besan. Child's complexion totally depends on child's hereditary.
