Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes it is good. but it is better to offer it after age of 6.5 months. because as it is starting for a child , you should offer liquid diet like dal Pani , rice starch which is easy to digest. then gradually you can start to offer other food items. but please prefer homemade cerelac.
