Is been one year after delivery..my hairfall has not reduced…severe hairfall started from last 7-8 months.kindly suggest some multivitamins or diet

A. use vedix hair oil shampoo and serum... eat a healthy diet and take Neuherbs hair and skin multivitamin capsule wash ur hairs with purified water... for sure ur hair fall will stop..if not consult with a cosmetology Doctor..

You can have more proteins and not multivitamin you definitely need to go ahead with an iron supplement omega three is also one important thing apart from that I would just like to advise you currently that you should go ahead with start applying onion and coconut oil onion juice and coconut oil you can make it at home by finding a recipe on YouTube
