Dear mum sucking fingers autumn doesn't mean always that baby is hungry putting fingers in mouth is a normal developmental behaviour known as mounting baby's way of exploring things if child is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight it shows that feeding is sufficient
