AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes most babies are in this position with head down towards baby bump to prepare for birth. But in few cases the baby might be in breech position. For further information it is advisable to get yourself evaluated by your gynaecologist and the doctor can physically examine and let you know the exact position of the baby in the womb.
