you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

usually it is caused by low level of vitamin D 3 and vitamin B12
so please take healthy diet especially curd, multigrain food items, Green veggies, fresh fruits more
avoid drinking RO water as it can cause such deficiencies
take Early morning sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
