A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen.
it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child should be given different flavourrs and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.

If The child is underweight that means your child is not having proper growth overall growth is getting affected if the weight is not proper so far is underway it is a concern if it is a KG or two or three maybe maximum then it is okay but if it is more than that that that this is definitely a matter of concern
