is any problem that baby dint go for motion about one week

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi hosolid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supevrvision .

No it is not a problem if a child does not pass motion for 7 to 10 days also but taking all the feelings properly and if your child is passing sufficient amount of urine say about 12 to 15 times in a day and that would be considered completely normal nothing to be worried
