non vegetarianx food as well as eggs fish contain good amount of calcium.
if the above diet is given properly no need to give calcium supplements to the child
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. If your child is low on calcium then yes it would be good if you start giving calcium supplement to the child which is what is going to be beneficial along with that give more of ragi and calcium rich food to the child
