A. your child is having phimosis. your doctor will give you local cream application which can be applied on penis foreskin to to decrease phimosis by sliding the foreskin present on the penis backwards.d it has to be done daily during the bathing process for at least 1 month and if the problem continues even after that and the child is having recurrent pain as well as urinary tract infections then only surgical intervention is neededd

A. Children are born with tight foreskin at birth and separation occurs naturally over time. Phimosis is normal for the uncircumcised infant/child and usually resolves around 5-7 years of age, however the child may be older.
