is additional supements required for 3 month baby if she's taking furoped and dixin.. as she's not gaining weight... suggest something

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, you need not give any sort of supplements to your baby for weight gain. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Do not give any supplements without doctor consultation.
