irregular periods can effect conceive...???

A. Having irregular periods the ovulation may not be proper which will hamper to conceive for the baby The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

A. Not in any manner that it is going to effect but yes only thing is when you will have a regular periods your time of ovulation will also keep switching it would be difficult for you to figure it out in that way it can delay in the process of conception just because of being unsure otherwise it does not affect inception
