A. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.
