Iron and multi Vitamin drops helps to gain weight for babies?

A. no . please avoid any unprescribed , non approved medications. there are medications available for everything. get them prescribed from paediatrician after proper examination of the patient. That is important for well being

A. hi no it helps to maintain nutrients . I mean it prevents nutritional deficiency. but if your child looks happy healthy and active,gains enough weight then no need of extra medicines.
