my baby is 27 days old she is not gain the born weight. can I give vitamin D drops to her? it help her to gain wt? still I gave only multi vitamin drops only

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the babies will getting back the birth weight by the age of 10 days of age if the baby is not at gaining the weight you have to consult a doctor giving vitamin drops baby will not gain weight we had to give proper feeding to the baby
