Incomplete evacuation for last 4 years. Constipation sometimes.. During delivery doctor gave enema but still I can't complete my bowel need manual evacuation. After manual evacuation the anus gets pain burning sensation. No signs of external haemorrhoid. Some times I feel urge and go to poop the poop look little loose and end of it some little blood with mucous is seen. Sometimes there is a sharp pain near the right of belly button sometimes in left of belly button
