A. yes you can do enema after 6 months of your delivery but better to avoid before that if in case you are doing it as a normal procedure if very much indicated due to constipation or any other complaints then yes you can do under your doctors guidance

A. If you had one of these tears, make sure you keep your stools soft and don't use enemas or suppositories until you are completely healed. I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
