A. Hello dear parent! You can gradually start giving your baby all the healthy foods that you daily prepare for your families. Give 3 to 4 meals a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
