RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. However you are comfortable if you have not had a C-section all four positions are open for you to sleep left right back and on the tummy if you’re comfortable and if you’ve had a C-section then left right Center whatever is comfortable for you you cannot sleep on your tummy rest however it is comfortable for you
