A. prefer protein rich diet. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquids for adequate hydration. massage scalp regularly with coconut oil

A. you should try to give lots of protein rich diet for healthy hair and you can try to give eggs sprouts different kinds of pulses to the baby and for a good skin try to give lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables
