in the month of November I got a pain in my left wrist area.i was given ayurvedic medicines.it didn't work.later after some days pain vanished.the pain is similar to nerve pain.in January I got same pain in my left shoulder.after sometimes the pain reduced.in April I got it on my right hand wrist.and it reduced after sometimes.now I m having same pain in my right wrist.when I move my hand it hursts.solution please
