Yugendran lactation supplements something like fenugreek capsule hour you can go ahead with actually taking Shatavari Podu these are very good options to increase your lactation further more if you still are not able to produce enough breastfeeding for the child then you will not be left with any other option apart from formula feeding Chhobi at least mentally prepared with that
