Q.

In previous months my periods were on time but from 3 months, it was not on time. my date was on the 10th but it was changed, 1st it comes on 8, then 6 and this month today, 2nd. is it normal to change mensuration period in every month.

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them. check for hormones level if needed

A. I think there is some hormonal imbalance into the body and secondly sometimes when your periods cycle is abnormal and somewhere like this there could be bright chances of you being thyroid positive also so I suggest you to kindly consult your gynaecologist and get yourself tested for thyroid
