in pregnancy my neck and underarm got darker after 3 months of pregnancy it's still darker what to use for lightening during breast feeding

A. Hello dear parent, since you are pregnant, I would not suggest you to use any chemical based cream to lighten the areas. You ca use home remedies like rubbing tomato or banana peel on the areas to get rid of dark spots.
