in one session of feeding we should give from one breast or both. and for how long

A. Hi dear, it's not about the timing once the baby take the mouth from one breast u can feed with another..or else if baby frd well and slept, change the breast with another for next feed

A. Hi dear Feed your baby every 2-3 hours once during the day time that's more important and also during night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while. try you can take help and try to feed your baby. While they hold the baby you can feed the baby and help baby to latch. It would take a few weeks to get trained. Have patience and feed baby. Make sure you sit comfortably and feed baby. Support yourself with cushions an d pillows and you can feed. Also teach your baby to latch slowly.
