in my son's poop mucus like jelly substance came what is that

A. Hai good evening !! Mucus in poop is normal sometimes its due to mucus accumulation and it will comes out by vomit/spit up while cough and through stool. No need to worry about this,just give home made easy digestible foods ,warm water early morning ,fibre rich foods. Avoid oily,sugar,processed foods in baby diet.
