in my pregnancy my weight was 93 ,now I am 71 ,how can I loose my weight

A. go slow and steady . start your day with warm zeera water. drink two cups of green tea daily. reduce carb intake and increase protein intake. avoid sugary drinks and oily food . do workout or walk. have multigrain roti instead of normal roti.
