in my mouth and tongue I am getting red pimples due to heat I think so.. what to do

A. May Be alright maybe it is just due to heat but if you are getting that mostly blisters you can start applying Dolo gel Regularly onto that area still I would advise you to get a check with a dentist because they would know it better as to what exactly it is and what all do you need to apply on to that area to get rid of it and permanent basis
