In my 37 weeks consultation and growth scan , it says growth lag of 1 wk. but weight is 3kg and heartrate is good too. also dr suggesting to get delivery by next wk. is thjs growth lag a concern? please help

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi Growth lag is a concern So before there are any other complications inside, it is better to get delivered Trust your gynaecologist & only do whatever she says. Baby's safety is most important

Yes See any lakh in the growth is definitely a question of concern is if your child is one big week behind as per the original growth as it should have been as of now then that’s definitely a cause of concern you go ahead with whatever your gynaecologist is advising you to do
