You can do basic yoga which is considered good for prenatal yoga but I would just like to clarify one thing over here is that yoga does not change the position of the child it is completely based on the child only if they change the position we do not have any hand or any thing that we can change the position as per Di wanted but yoga is generally going to be very healthy
