Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hey! The ideal level should be around 10.5 g/dL. Is there I will drops below 10, then you can be considered as anaemic, and your doctor may recommend iron supplements at this stage of pregnancy.
