then good protein diet, vitamin c will help in maintaining good immunity.
also wear weather appropriate clothing.
also check water intake , as dehydration too can result in health problems.

The more you avoid giving food from outside it is much more healthier for a child so try to work upon different varieties and different recipes which you can prepare at home only to give different taste as that is only going to provide good immunity to your child
