ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician1 Year agoA. It is very common to suffer for constipation in this season where it is neither cold nor hot. Usually this is because of lack of water intake. Also, your breastfeeding your child so that together bring you in a state of dehydration. So you must drink at least 3 to 4 L of water. Also start papaya and banana daily .
