Q.

im not getting enough milk for my 1month 20 days old baby... I'm taking lactare tablets...6 tablets for one day... as directed by my doc..and consuming some brand lactating powder with milk... and taking garlic,oats.. suggest how to increase my milk supply... I'm only getting ¼ of milk of my baby daily milk... I'm giving formula milk after my breastfeed ... mom's milk is not enough for him... so I'm giving formula...I breastfeed him every time before giving formula...
