Im mother of 6months baby , i feel lot of back pain, and feeling hungry often nd gaining lot of weight, can strat workouts nd whats or foods to take to breastfeed

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
