im mom of 3 months old baby....in having lot of hairfall please tell me what should i do to stop it

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall is very common post pregnancy. It happens because of hormonal imbalance that take place. You should take your diet healthy and drink lots of water. Include proteins in your diet.
Oil your hair regularly and wash them with mild shampoo. Also try and keep your hair tied as much as possible.
