im having pain in stomach down side currently im pregnant 7 mnth and im having backache so kuch cant sleep properly what to do ?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 6 months agoA. you should use pillow under your belly , while sleeping on one side . and avoid heavy meal , instead have less qty of food but more frequently . take adequate water intake
